The bezel can be changed by simply placing the watch on a flat surface and turning the bezel counter-clockwise to remove and then placing the new bezel choice on and turning clockwise to secure it in place. The 12 millimeter bands can be interchanged by removing the bezel, lifting up strap and replacing it with your new color choice, then place your choice of bezel on and turn clockwise. The round, white dial, featuring diamond-like indexes in all hour positions and silver-tone hands, is housed within a 27-millimeter metal case. All 11 bezels are presented in bright vibrant colors that harmonize with coordinating leather-like straps. You have a choice of wearing black, light silver-blue, burgundy, cream, tan, red or pink band anytime you want. I bought this as a gift - so I didn't open it immediately. Before I gave it - I saw all the bad reviews the watch had received since it was a gold box item - so I opened it up and played with it. Unless you had the bezel on completely straight, it was really easy to get stuck. You have to have powerful fingers to get it off once the grove gets in the wrong track. BUT - I was able to get it off and re-seat it correctly, and was able to change it a couple different ways. I gave it as a gift a few weeks later, and I've seen it on the giftee in a couple different color ways, so it's still working for her. But I would have never paid the original $100.
