Unfortunately, for the purpose the wallet was intended, it doesn't work.

The card is shielded while in the wallet, but they shielded the flip out flap also. The shielding on the flip out window prevents the cards RFID chip from being read even when the flap is outside the wallet. The (in my case) transit card must be completely removed from the wallet to be read. Which is useless. I tried every side and angle of the card and wallet, and could not get the access gate reader, on any station, to read the gosh darn thing.

They did respond to my email. They suggested adding a piece of cardboard behind the card, which helps but makes the wallet thicker and less comfortable in the pocket, and they do have a 100% return guarentee.
If the edit review function allowed I'd give them another star.

Update: I crudely cut the shielding out from the transit card flap and can now use it to "flip" the gate reader for access. Since this model of the wallet has two flaps perhaps the manufacturer should consider making this modification to one flap.
