ANY DVD of Jillian's you purchase will be fantastic. I have most and they are all crazy good! That said, Shred is wonderful! The exercises are easy to follow and make your muscles BURN! It incorporates Jillian's exclusive 3-2-1 method of 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio, then 1 minute of abs, in a 3 circut set up! Really gets your heart rate up there for max calorie burn! It consist of 3 levels, so you can keep yourself challenged. All you need is a pair of hand weights and if you don't have those, you can substitute them with bottles of water, or can goods... If you ever feel you master this DVD,(which will be hard to do), increase the weights and the new challenge of this DVD starts over again at the begining.
Jillian Michaels is wonderful and ALL of her products are fabulous! Shred will do exactly that... get you SHREDDED!
Oh, and just to put it out there, I am a bigger girl, have lost a good bit (49lbs) but still have ALOT to lose, and I am able to do this workout. I believe anyone can do it... if you are a bigger person like me, or cut like Jillian!
