Rating : - good stuff.
I have had this pan for two years now, and use it 2-3 times a week. You won't find anything better anywhere near this price point. The hard anodized material is great. When I do burn something to the pan, it can take a very rough scrubbing with a green scouring pad, and comes out perfect. Steaks brown beautifully, so do onions. If it had a long handle they would charge $100 for this pan.
